We rarely restock the same item twice, once it sells out, it's gone. To avoid missing out, we always suggest ordering while it's available.

Due to multiple previous scams, at the discretion of Rouge Technologies Ltd, more information may be required about the individual making the purchase prior to dispatch such as confirmation of identification matching delivery address. For buyers with low feedback (30 or less) or negative feedback, orders will be accepted on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to request identification matching the shipping address and full name of the account holder.

PayPal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Items will only be sent the buyers verified address. All items have their serial numbers and other identifiers recorded and many precautions are taken against potential scams. We have seen all the different types of scams and will actively work to resolve and contact the police to begin an investigation to assist where a fraudulent order or claim is identified.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel your order, please process this in eBay and reach out to our support team immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund without delay. If your order has already been dispatched, we will issue a refund once we have received the returned items in accordance with our Return Policy.

Invoicing & VAT:

As a reseller of both brand new and used goods, we purchase items under both the Global Accounting VAT Margin Scheme and the VAT Standard Rate Scheme.
